Who are We?
Ashley Hightower
Ashley is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She also holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and a culinary certification from Cookery at the Grange in Somerset, England. Five years before starting Fitness at Home Ashley founded her catering business, Dinner at Home, which continues to thrive. She also teaches cooking classes and coaches high school field hockey. Ashley’s personal dedication to fitness and wellness is prevalent throughout all areas of her life. She is a passionate and energetic chef, cyclist, teacher and coach whose ultimate goal is to motivate others to lead wholesome, fulfilling lives.
Carter East
Carter is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). During film school at Chapman University, in Southern California, Carter became an avid competitive road cyclist. Much of his athletic training experience was under one of the premier personal trainers in Southern California. Carter is personally committed to maintaining a balance between exercise, nutrition, and overall well-being. His desire to impart this philosophy to others led to the creation of Fitness at Home.
